Senior Marketing Specialist, ABM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement multi-channel ABM campaigns targeting priority accounts, buying groups, and growth objectives.

• Collaborate closely with sales and field marketing teams to synchronize account selection, campaign timing, and activation strategies.

• Create and execute 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many ABM programs utilizing personalized digital content and paid strategies.

• Convert sales insights, intent signals, and performance data into tailored messaging and campaign modifications.

• Organize campaign planning, creative development, and execution in partnership with internal teams and agency partners.

• Oversee and enhance paid campaigns across social media, search, display, and intent-driven platforms.

• Guarantee that digital ABM initiatives are well integrated with offline field and event activities.

• Keep precise account lists and segmentation utilizing firmographic, technographic, and intent data.

• Track account-level engagement, conversion, and pipeline influence through dashboards and reporting tools.

• Continuously test, learn, and refine programs using the latest AI technologies, while updating workflows to enhance performance and ROI.

• Provide support and mentorship to one team member while remaining actively engaged in execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in B2B demand generation or account-based marketing.

• Practical experience with ABM platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.

• Familiarity with Anthropic’s Claude and OpenAI ChatGPT, along with other AI technologies.

• Strong understanding of B2B buying groups and intricate sales processes.

• Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.

• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

• Data-driven mindset with a background in interpreting performance analytics.

• Effective communicator who excels in dynamic, team-focused environments.
