This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership and expand the primary demand channels (Email & Webinars): Manage the APAC email marketing channel, which includes the campaign calendar, strategy development, execution, testing, and performance analysis.
• Organize and implement a quarterly webinar series (live events, demos, eSummits) that aligns with regional priorities and pipeline objectives.
• Foster consistency and scalability by standardizing processes, templates, and best practices across various programs.
• Serve as the main point of contact between global demand generation and APAC field marketing, ensuring alignment on priorities, messages, and execution strategies.
• Assist field, partner, and campaign teams with the strategy and execution of email and webinar programs.
• Collaborate with content, product marketing, and sales teams to identify webinar topics, speakers, and messaging.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle execution in Marketo, which includes program builds, email distributions, smart lists, and nurture streams.
• Develop and maintain targeted nurture programs based on product, persona, and industry segments.
• Manage the execution of the webinar program from its concept through promotion, delivery, and follow-up processes.
• Create and oversee a segmentation strategy and ensure database health to enhance targeting and engagement.
• Design and implement A/B testing strategies across email and webinar channels (subject lines, timing, formats, etc.).
• Track and report on program performance metrics, including engagement rates, conversion statistics, and pipeline influence.
• Ensure compliance with email deliverability standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain a repository of templates and scalable assets for reuse across various regions.
• 5–7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a strong practical background in email marketing and webinars.
• Demonstrated experience in executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns that yield measurable pipeline results.
• High proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce (mandatory).
• Familiarity with webinar platforms such as ON24, BrightTALK, or Zoom.
• In-depth knowledge of segmentation, lead lifecycle, and nurture strategies.
• Understanding of email deliverability, anti-spam laws, and industry best practices.
• Excellent project management skills with the capability to handle multiple stakeholders and priorities across different regions.
• Experience in a global and regional (matrixed) environment is highly desirable.
• HTML and/or CMS (e.g., Drupal) experience is advantageous.
