This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

đź“‹ Description

• Assess the current configuration of existing systems that support marketing and communications initiatives.

• Oversee the organization’s email marketing processes, including list management, email creation and distribution, as well as campaign development and execution.

• Act as the primary liaison for relationships with vendors and contractors concerning systems and platforms.

• Handle budget discussions and renewal negotiations with vendors and contractors related to systems and platforms.

• Develop and write content while managing updates for the Connect for Health Colorado main website and other web-related assets.

• Assist in analyzing current systems and their usage within the marketing and communications technology stack, offering suggestions for enhancements and upgrades.

• Lead the effort in collecting data and metrics across essential platforms.

• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with applicable regulations within the marketing and communications technology systems.

• Optimize existing workflows or construct new ones aimed at enhancing efficiency, productivity, and user experience.

• Keep informed on updates to existing systems and new functionalities.

• Engage in stakeholder meetings to facilitate coordinated messaging and engagement strategies.

• Carry out additional tasks as needed to support departmental and organizational objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of Colorado.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field.

• Required experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

• Preferred experience with web content management systems (e.g., WordPress).

• Ability to interpret data and apply it to strategies and execution.

• Outstanding project management skills and instincts.

• Proficient in managing multiple projects at the same time.

• Capability to convert complex information (policy, technical, regulatory) into easily understandable language for customers.

• Comfortable working under pressure and swiftly adapting to shifting priorities.

• Experience collaborating with a diverse range of internal stakeholders.

• Familiarity with health insurance, the Affordable Care Act, state-based health insurance marketplaces, or the healthcare sector is strongly preferred but not mandatory.

• Bilingual skills in Spanish are strongly preferred but not required.
