This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Take charge of workflow and execution.
• Act as the primary leader of marketing and creative workflows across various channels (paid media, CRM, product pages, lifecycle, etc.).
• Ensure that tasks are well-defined, prioritized, and progress smoothly from request to delivery.
• Oversee projects from start to finish, proactively spotting risks, dependencies, and eliminating obstacles.
• Enhance and expand the efficiency of work processes.
• Identify areas of inefficiency and simplify team operations to reduce friction, clarify inputs, and improve structure.
• Develop and refine workflows, templates, and processes that are user-friendly and scalable.
• Continuously enhance the flow of work across teams.
• Promote automation and operational efficiency.
• Implement workflow automations for intake, routing, approvals, and status tracking.
• Minimize manual coordination and repetitive tasks, allowing teams to concentrate on higher-value outcomes.
• Utilize AI in practical applications.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI for time-saving and improved output (brief creation, task generation, QA, reporting).
• Integrate AI tools into everyday workflows to aid in day-to-day execution.
• Stay updated on emerging tools and present practical applications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and back key initiatives.
• Cultivate strong relationships across marketing, creative, product, legal, and leadership teams.
• Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and expectations among stakeholders.
• Assist in coordinating campaigns, product launches, and cross-functional programs to guarantee timely delivery.
• 5–8+ years of experience in marketing operations, project/program management, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from intake to delivery in a cross-functional setting.
• Experience collaborating closely with creative teams (design, copy, content), marketing/channel owners, legal counsel, and leadership teams.
• Hands-on experience with project/work management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Workfront, or similar).
• Proven track record of enhancing workflows, implementing process improvements, or introducing automation.
• Familiarity with or experience using AI tools in a business or marketing context.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on relationship building.
• Project management certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
