This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the strategy, administration, optimization, and governance of marketing systems, lead management processes, marketing databases, automation frameworks, and reporting infrastructure that enable scalable demand generation and pipeline growth.
• Establish key performance indicators and create dashboards and reporting frameworks that deliver actionable insights to Marketing leadership and essential stakeholders.
• Track, analyze, and provide insights into funnel performance, marketing's contribution to pipeline development, customer acquisition, buying group engagement, contact acquisition, database health, campaign effectiveness, and overall marketing performance to pinpoint opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Foster strong alignment between sales and marketing through initiatives and processes that enhance lead management and governance, improve lead quality, boost data quality, and drive operational efficiency.
• Act as the primary administrator for core marketing technologies and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure platforms are properly configured, integrated, governed, and optimized to fulfill marketing goals, maintain data integrity, automate workflows, and scale business operations.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and IT to identify, design, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency, data quality, scalability, and overall business performance.
• Work alongside Marketing leadership to provide ongoing analysis and insights regarding marketing investments, pipeline impact, attribution, funnel performance, and achievement of objectives.
• Implement marketing database strategies by identifying opportunities to enhance data quality, enrichment, segmentation, contact acquisition, compliance, and overall database health.
• Develop scalable processes that ensure data integrity, support audience targeting, enhance visibility for buying groups, and facilitate accurate reporting and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to modernize marketing operations through workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions, signal-based targeting, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, implement, and operationalize capabilities that improve efficiency, scalability, lead management, reporting, and overall marketing effectiveness.
• Create and maintain documentation, governance standards, workflows, and operational procedures that support consistent execution and long-term scalability.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, licensing, and renewals while partnering with Legal, Security, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Serve as a reliable operational partner across Marketing, SDR, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, IT, and Web teams, ensuring that systems, data, reporting, and processes align with business objectives and facilitate alignment throughout the lead-to-revenue lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 7 years of professional experience in marketing operations within a B2B SaaS context.
• Advanced experience with HubSpot administration.
• In-depth understanding of lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, routing, and funnel optimization.
• Experience managing marketing automation platforms and supporting complex marketing technology ecosystems.
• Strong background in data governance, database management, and enrichment strategies.
• Proven experience in building workflows, automation, and scalable operational processes.
• Experience within Salesforce environments and close collaboration with Sales Operations and Salesforce Administration teams to support lead-to-account processes, routing, data integrity, and CRM optimization, including defining requirements and coordinating updates to Lead, Contact, Account, and Opportunity objects.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with the ability to convert data into business insights.
• Experience supporting account-based marketing and initiatives for buying groups.
• Excellent project management, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
