This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +28 more states.
• Define and oversee the planning and prioritization of campaigns, ensuring that initiatives are thoroughly scoped, sequenced, resourced, and aligned with business objectives.
• Take ownership of project management systems, workflows, templates, intake processes, and task configurations to facilitate efficient campaign execution with clear accountability.
• Implement and manage the team's marketing project management platform (such as Asana, ClickUp, or a similar tool), promoting consistent usage and execution.
• Provide updates on project status, timelines, risks, and success metrics to marketing leadership.
• Assess, implement, and optimize the marketing technology stack, ensuring that systems are integrated, scalable, and widely utilized.
• Manage the health and integration of HubSpot, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Pendo, Aircall, and related platforms, collaborating with Data and Engineering on tools such as Fivetran and Snowflake.
• Lead the technical implementation of campaigns, including tracking, pixels, UTMs, event tagging, QA, and engineering prerequisites.
• Maintain the quality of HubSpot data through workflows, governance, and AI-enhanced enrichment tools like Clay, continually enhancing segmentation, personalization, and alignment with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and marketing data governance standards consistently.
• Design, build, and optimize email automation, nurture programs, lifecycle transitions, re-engagement campaigns, and triggered communications.
• Oversee email performance reporting and persistently enhance deliverability, engagement, segmentation, and conversion rates.
• Develop and maintain audience segmentation while identifying enhancements to the customer journey, automation gaps, and new campaign opportunities.
• Utilize AI to enhance automation, personalization, audience targeting, and engagement insights.
• Own the marketing attribution strategy, adapting the attribution model as data maturity evolves.
• Ensure precise attribution across paid, organic, email, direct, and offline channels while keeping HubSpot as the source of truth for marketing.
• Maintain dependable marketing data flowing into Snowflake and Tableau through consistent tagging, structure, and governance.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops to manage lead scoring and lifecycle stages to uphold attribution accuracy.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reporting, and assist in annual planning, budgeting, and revenue forecasting with data-driven insights.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in Marketing Operations or a related field within B2B SaaS.
• Practical experience in implementing and managing a marketing project management platform like Asana or ClickUp.
• Extensive HubSpot administration experience, including lifecycle stages, lead scoring, segmentation, automation workflows, and integrations.
• Proven experience in designing and managing marketing automation, including nurture programs, segmentation, and lifecycle workflows.
• Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM governance, pixel QA, and event tracking, with the ability to define engineering requirements and validate implementations.
• Familiarity with attribution models, possessing the judgment to apply the appropriate approach based on business context, channel mix, and data maturity.
• Experience in building dashboards and performance reporting in Tableau or a comparable BI platform.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales Ops, Data, Engineering, and Finance.
