This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage the complete lifecycle marketing execution for Labs, which includes nurture journeys, drip campaigns, webinar initiatives, lifecycle product updates, and multi-channel engagement programs.
• Create, launch, conduct quality assurance, and enhance omni-channel journeys in Iterable utilizing email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Employ segmentation, personalization, dynamic content, and handlebar logic to ensure users receive timely, relevant, and precise communications.
• Take ownership of and advance A/B testing, personalization, and optimization roadmaps aimed at enhancing engagement, conversion rates, and customer lifecycle results.
• Assess campaign performance, analyze data, and convert insights into actionable recommendations that boost campaign effectiveness.
• Define data events, fields, and campaign requirements in Iterable, collaborating with Data Engineering and other partners to ensure the availability and usability of the right data.
• Collaborate with Labs and Marketing stakeholders to outline campaign cadences, pinpoint gaps, challenge assumptions, and suggest improved strategies for channel mix, timing, and customer experience.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing operations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Iterable or a similar marketing automation platform such as Klaviyo, Marketo, or HubSpot.
• Demonstrated success in developing and refining lifecycle journeys, nurture campaigns, drip campaigns, webinar initiatives, and multi-channel communications.
• Experience owning A/B testing roadmaps, personalization strategies, segmentation, and data-driven optimization to enhance conversion rates and engagement.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with a talent for interpreting campaign performance and transforming findings into actionable next steps.
• Excellent logic and problem-solving capabilities, particularly in campaign architecture, audience targeting, personalization, quality assurance, and troubleshooting.
• Confidence in operating as a senior individual contributor in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to take ownership of tasks, communicate trade-offs, and advocate for well-reasoned recommendations.
• Bonus qualifications include:
• Experience collaborating with Data Engineering, Product, Marketing, or other cross-functional teams to determine campaign data needs, eventing requirements, or customer journey logic.
• Background in healthcare, labs, practitioner, patient, or regulated customer journeys.
• Previous leadership experience with a preference to transition back to a hands-on senior individual contributor role.
• Familiarity with AI or automation tools such as n8n, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.
