This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategically plan, coordinate, and implement the company's participation in industry trade shows and events from start to finish, encompassing logistics, booth setup, collateral, lead capture, and on-site management.
• Create and manage email campaigns prior to and following each event (trade shows or webinars) to enhance attendance, registrations, and lead conversions.
• Take charge of marketing analytics in HubSpot, monitoring event ROI, campaign effectiveness, lead conversions, and pipeline contributions, while transforming data into actionable insights for future strategies.
• Oversee and maintain the company's social media presence, including the development of a content calendar and publishing posts aimed at enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
• Plan, initiate, and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, managing budgets, targeting, creative elements, and reporting to maximize the qualified pipeline.
• Manage company merchandise for customers, prospects, and employees from sourcing to inventory and budgeting, establishing a systematic process for timely distribution to the appropriate recipients.
• Coordinate and craft customer case studies by interviewing clients, capturing quantifiable results, and producing polished narratives that support sales and marketing efforts.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or field/event marketing (experience in B2B SaaS is highly preferred).
• Proficient hands-on experience with HubSpot (or a similar marketing automation/CRM platform), including the creation of campaigns, workflows, and reports.
• Proven track record in planning and executing trade shows or events from beginning to end.
• Experience in managing paid social media campaigns, especially LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong writing abilities, capable of producing case studies, email content, and social media posts.
• Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of the construction industry or experience selling to construction/contractor audiences is an advantage.
