This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee regular assessments of marketing automation processes with internal stakeholders and functional leaders to pinpoint areas for enhancement, optimization, and innovation.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to guide strategic decision-making.

• As the subject matter expert in marketing technology, configure and manage the software stack to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and strategies. This includes, but is not limited to, workflow and automation setup, customization of fields/forms, configuration of system-wide rules, updates to website content, and setup of user roles/permissions.

• Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and other relevant regulatory standards such as GDPR, CCPA, and ADA while keeping abreast of best practices within marketing operations.

• When additional configuration support is necessary, assess, engage, and oversee consultants who are experts in the software.

• Convert business needs into system requirements and ensure that these are effectively communicated and comprehended by IT, consultants, and/or software vendors.

• Develop and implement test plans to confirm that newly deployed features are operating as expected.

• Provide training and mentorship to marketing staff on best practices and utilization of new features.

• Monitor system performance, swiftly identify and resolve software/process issues, and deliver regular reports on system performance trends.

• Proactively assess forthcoming software releases for potential impacts on the production environment and opportunities for new feature adoption, secure stakeholder alignment on the most impactful features, and lead the testing and implementation of new features.

• Maintain a prioritized list of SkinSpirit-specific feature requests submitted to software vendors and advocate for the business case for their development.

• Project manage the rollout of any new software, encompassing evaluation, contract negotiation, implementation, and ongoing renewals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives and promote continuous improvement (for instance, Clinic Operations, Information Technology, and Learning & Development).

• Continuously optimize the marketing software budget by managing licenses, usage, and return on investment to ensure spending aligns with strategy and objectives.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and shape marketing strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required.

• 3-5+ years of practical experience with HubSpot; strong technical expertise is essential.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4).

• Expertise in Google Tag Manager.

• Experience with marketing attribution management.

• Experience in managing and maintaining digital marketing systems to ensure legal compliance (e.g., cookie consent tools), with familiarity in GDPR, CCPA, and ADA compliance.

• Experience with data privacy platforms such as Osano or OneTrust is preferred.

• Experience in managing the configuration of various marketing technologies including WebFlow, EventBright, and other contemporary marketing platforms.

• Experience with multi-unit business models including, but not limited to, healthcare, MedSpa, and brick-and-mortar retail is a plus.

• Experience in project managing marketing tool implementations from initiation to successful completion.

• High proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and/or other business intelligence tools to uncover impactful process insights and assess system performance.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with the capacity to influence others.

• Ability to operate efficiently and productively in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Consistently demonstrates sound judgment, strong character, ethics, and high performance standards.
