This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take charge of marketing operations for all four brands.
• Design, construct, maintain, and enhance the marketing technology infrastructure that drives our go-to-market engine.
• Manage and optimize our marketing automation systems across all brands (Pardot).
• Establish scoring and grading frameworks, MQL thresholds, and automation initiatives.
• Oversee platform health, including email deliverability, database capacity strategy, CRM synchronization integrity, and form infrastructure.
• Supervise the lead lifecycle process from initial website interaction to sales-ready pipeline.
• Ensure consistent funnel definitions and lifecycle across brands.
• Collaborate with the Salesforce admin team to assess lead routing and assignment.
• Maintain the integrity of attribution and campaign influence for measurable marketing outcomes.
• Quickly diagnose and resolve lifecycle automation issues at their source.
• Work with campaign operations and marketing colleagues on segmentation, list strategies, data-driven campaigns, and automation design.
• Manage relevant AI tools and vendor partnerships, acting as the primary contact for the martech stack.
• Minimum of 5 years in marketing or go-to-market operations, with experience spanning multiple business units, instances, or organizations.
• Profound expertise in marketing automation; experience with Pardot (Account Engagement) is highly preferred, though comparable experience with other platforms is acceptable.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce as it pertains to marketing, including standard/custom objects, campaigns and attribution, flows, synchronization behavior, and reporting.
• Mastery of concepts related to scoring, lifecycle design, attribution, and deliverability, independent of any specific tool.
• Practical experience using AI tools in daily operational tasks, such as Claude Code, Cowork, or similar.
• Ability to prioritize independently in a multi-stakeholder setting, demonstrating clear written communication and the capability to create effective documentation and enablement resources.
• Strongly preferred: administration experience with GA4 / Google Tag Manager, including server-side tagging.
• Experience with enrichment platform administration (ZoomInfo or similar).
• Background in mergers and acquisitions, multi-brand management, private equity-backed environments, or post-acquisition scenarios.
