This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take charge of marketing operations for all four brands.
• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance the marketing technology infrastructure that fuels our go-to-market engine.
• Facilitate faster progress for end users (marketers, campaign operations specialists, sales teams) in achieving their objectives.
• Manage the lead lifecycle domain comprehensively, from the initial website interaction to a sales-ready pipeline.
• Propel the four brands toward unified standards, definitions, and infrastructure.
• Oversee and enhance our marketing automation instances across all four brands (Pardot).
• Administer scoring and grading models, MQL thresholds, and the programs that guide prospects through the lifecycle.
• Ensure platform health, including email deliverability, database capacity strategies, CRM sync integrity, and form infrastructure.
• Establish funnel definitions and maintain lifecycle consistency across brands.
• Manage lead routing and assignment in collaboration with our Salesforce admin team.
• Guarantee attribution and campaign influence integrity to make marketing impact measurable and reliable.
• Quickly identify and resolve lifecycle automation issues at their source.
• Manage enrichment and data quality tools (ZoomInfo, RingLead) in partnership with Data Operations.
• Supervise web analytics and tagging (GA4, Google Tag Manager) along with related reporting.
• Assist campaign operations and marketing colleagues with segmentation, list strategies, data-driven campaigns, and automation design.
• Develop business cases and advocate for new tools and platform investments.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing or go-to-market operations, including working across multiple business units, instances, or organizations.
• Extensive marketing automation knowledge; experience with Pardot (Account Engagement) is highly preferred, though comparable experience with other platforms will be considered.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce as it relates to marketing, including standard/custom objects, campaigns and attribution, flows, sync behavior, and reporting.
• Conceptual mastery of scoring, lifecycle design, attribution, and deliverability, independent of any specific tool.
• Practical experience using AI tools in daily operational tasks, such as Claude Code, Cowork, or similar.
• Ability to prioritize independently in a multi-stakeholder environment, accompanied by clear written communication and the capability to produce effective documentation and enablement content.
