This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and establish Albert's marketing operations function from the ground up, crafting the systems, processes, and infrastructure that support demand generation, ABM, lifecycle marketing, and executive reporting.
• Define and manage the marketing technology strategy, assessing, implementing, and streamlining tools across the stack to enhance operational efficiency and funnel performance.
• Create attribution models, lifecycle stage definitions, and lead management frameworks that provide clear visibility from first touch to closed revenue.
• Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and Sales leadership to synchronize GTM operations with pipeline targets, forecasting cycles, and company-wide growth objectives.
• Oversee and manage the marketing tech stack, ensuring data integrity and seamless integration across various systems.
• Operationalize demand generation, ABM, event, and lifecycle campaigns by developing and quality assuring emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, segmentation logic, and lead routing.
• Create and maintain marketing and pipeline reporting dashboards that track funnel performance, attribution, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution — providing regular reports at the executive level.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership to enhance funnel visibility, lead handoff processes, and cross-functional alignment on pipeline metrics.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and contractors to support campaign execution, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across marketing initiatives.
• Serve as the internal expert on marketing operations best practices, establishing standards and processes that scale alongside the team and customer base.
• Identify operational bottlenecks throughout the customer journey and implement improvements that enhance campaign velocity and GTM efficiency.
• Contribute to forecasting, planning, and GTM decision-making through data-driven analysis, providing insights that shape marketing and commercial strategy.
• 6-10 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot, workflow automation, lead scoring, lifecycle management, and reporting.
• Proven experience supporting demand generation and ABM initiatives, with familiarity with platforms like 6sense or Demandbase.
• Proficiency in sequencing and sales engagement tools such as Outreach or Salesloft, along with AI-driven marketing automation tools.
• Experience with BI and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker, or similar; knowledge of SQL or advanced spreadsheet modeling is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to independently build marketing operations infrastructure in a high-growth or startup setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
