• Generate unique, innovative campaign concepts that engage global audiences and reflect the latest trends in entertainment, gaming, and pop culture.
• Present creative ideas and translate campaign strategies into engaging visual assets.
• Collaborate with user acquisition and analytics teams to craft data-driven iterations of creative materials based on A/B testing results, click-through rates, and installation metrics.
• Leverage insights to enhance visuals and optimize performance across paid marketing channels.
• Direct visual strategy and execution for App Store and Google Play assets, covering icons, screenshots, and trailers.
• Refine asset variations to boost store conversion rates and ensure feature readiness.
• Maintain brand integrity across all visual materials while adapting to different campaign objectives, target audiences, and media formats.
• Uphold and advance visual standards across all interactions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Game Teams, User Acquisition Managers, and Product Marketing to ensure alignment on messaging, priorities, and objectives.
• Showcase work, integrate feedback, and manage timelines among multiple stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior creatives and freelancers.
• Actively investigate new creative formats, including AR advertisements, playable units, TikTok-first content, and platform-specific innovations.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in creating marketing art, preferably within the mobile gaming sector.
• Demonstrated success in designing high-impact user acquisition advertisements, app store optimization assets, and marketing visuals.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere); familiarity with 3D tools like Blender is advantageous.
• Thorough understanding of user acquisition strategies, player psychology, and performance-driven design principles.
• Strong skills in storytelling, composition, and typography.
• Experience in managing creative timelines, stakeholder feedback, and versioning in dynamic environments.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
