• Accountable for the strategy related to products, programs, or portfolios.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and integrate insights into the marketing strategy.
• Create essential strategy documents, including the strategic plan, annual marketing plan, and product launch plans.
• Allocate resources to assess, track, and refine marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.
• Lead demand planning and forecasting by considering market conditions, products, and other critical factors.
• Implement segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize commercial efficiency.
• Develop a pricing strategy that aligns with overarching business objectives and profit and loss drivers.
• Set metrics, goals, success criteria, and milestones.
• Exhibit strong financial acumen.
• Mentor, cultivate, and influence within the organization while intentionally fostering cross-divisional relationships.
• Build significant relationships with industry and market thought leaders, organizations, and institutions, translating insights into future business strategies.
• Regularly make decisions that could impact immediate operations and have a broader divisional effect.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience is required.
• Proficient in conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Previous experience in healthcare settings (e.g., healthcare systems, operating room environments, or medical devices).
• Experience in product management.
• Proven track record in developing marketing or commercial plans.
