This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and enhancement of U.S. commercial media strategies within the Oncology and LVL portfolios.
• Implement integrated media strategies across Digital, Addressable, Video, TV, Search, and Point of Care channels targeting both HCP and DTC audiences.
• Convert brand goals into actionable media tactics and activation strategies.
• Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, tagging, tracking, and ensure quality assurance.
• Collaborate with agency partners to ensure timely launch and optimization of campaigns.
• Gather campaign reports, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Establish media measurement frameworks and tracking standards in collaboration with Analytics, Technology, and agency teams.
• Utilize enterprise media processes, platforms, and operational standards effectively.
• Partner with Brand, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Analytics, and Technology teams to ensure compliant media execution.
• Keep abreast of media industry trends, platform capabilities, and new pharmaceutical marketing opportunities.
• Assist in pilot programs and test-and-learn initiatives.
• Contribute to enhancements in processes that bolster campaign effectiveness, efficiency, and reporting consistency.
• Manage agency deliverables, timelines, and provide status updates.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, privacy, security, and pharmaceutical marketing standards.
• Domestic travel of up to 20% annually.
• Doctorate degree with 2 years of HCP and DTC marketing/media experience, or a Master’s degree with 4 years, or a Bachelor’s degree with 6 years, or an Associate’s degree with 10 years, or a high school diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in paid media, marketing, or advertising is preferred.
• Proficient understanding of audience targeting and segmentation, media planning, customer journey activation, and campaign optimization.
• Experience in supporting integrated media campaigns across Video, TV, Search, Programmatic, Social, and Point of Care.
• Strong grasp of media measurement, reporting, and performance analytics.
• Proven track record of collaboration with media agencies and external vendors.
• Excellent project management capabilities.
• Experience working collaboratively with Brand, Analytics, Technology, Medical, Legal, and Agency teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to distill complex information into clear, data-driven narratives.
• Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn about emerging media platforms, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Capacity to pinpoint process improvements and foster operational excellence.
• Flexibility and a keen attention to detail, ensuring high-quality execution.
