This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Develop and sustain global market models that quantify market size, growth, and share dynamics.
• Construct and enhance detailed sub-segment models.
• Take ownership of market forecasting and analytics for annual and financial planning cycles.
• Provide scenario-based forecasts, conduct variance analysis, and offer actionable guidance.
• Spearhead initiatives related to competitive intelligence and earnings analysis.
• Keep track of competitor activities and generate insights suitable for executive review.
• Lead secondary research programs at country, regional, and global levels.
• Convert complex data outputs into actionable insights and presentations tailored for executives.
• Influence stakeholders and promote team alignment in business decision-making.
• Facilitate the education and dissemination of market information for cross-functional platform partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, statistics, mathematics, finance, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in modeling, competitive intelligence, secondary market research, forecasting, strategic insights, business analytics, finance, or a related field.
• Experience in the medical technology, hospital specialty, or healthcare sectors.
• Proven track record of thriving in a dynamic environment that demands collaboration, influencing, and initiative.
• Ability to translate and synthesize marketplace and secondary data tools into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated success in innovative problem-solving and collaborative team efforts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical software.
• MBA or MS degree preferred.
• People management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Capability to integrate disparate data sources into a cohesive business insight view is preferred.
