Senior Marketing Manager – Healthcare, Eastern Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Assist distributors and partners by providing brand training and top-notch tactical tools for engaging with customers in both face-to-face and remote/digital environments.

• Oversee the creation, localization, and distribution of DTC and HCP marketing materials to maximize campaign effectiveness.

• Develop and execute comprehensive regional and local marketing strategies that align with business objectives and goals.

• Utilize customer segmentation, market analytics, and competitor insights to craft optimized multi-channel marketing plans throughout the region.

• Spearhead the formulation and execution of omnichannel media strategies (DTC/HCP) across the region, incorporating both broadcast and digital media.

• Set KPIs for all initiatives, generate performance forecasts, and monitor results to ensure marketing strategies achieve desired business outcomes.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to guarantee effective KOL management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English, with a preference for one or more additional languages such as Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian, or Turkish.

• Over 13 years of marketing experience, including 3-5 years in a medical device or healthcare setting.

• Proven track record in developing and executing 360 marketing campaigns, especially in regulated industries.

• In-depth knowledge of CGM technology and the diabetes market.

• Strong skills in project management.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Ability to think strategically.

• Skilled in campaign activation across digital platforms.
