Senior Marketing Manager, Field Reimbursement Support – Cardiovascular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the business owner for FRS teams that support Amgen specialty benefit products

• Oversee collaborative efforts across PSP

• Collaborate cross-functionally with other business units and internal partners to maintain Amgen's legal, regulatory, and compliance standards

• Direct strategy, budget, and performance monitoring of FRS teams

• Develop and submit MAC proposals for above brand FRS materials, including training sessions

• Assess opportunities throughout the entire PSP portfolio

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of experience in Marketing and/or business within a Marketing/Sales commercial organization OR Master’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of relevant experience OR Associate’s Degree with 10 years of relevant experience OR High school diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience in a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

• Background in reimbursement and patient support service programs OR experience in field management

• Capability to lead strategic projects from initial concept through to execution

• Experience collaborating with advertising and/or media agencies to create impactful materials that are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with targets

• Strong organizational abilities to set objectives, monitor progress, and complete projects

• Proficient in prioritizing a varied workload to meet deadlines

• Skillful in leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority

• Confidence in engaging with staff at various levels

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, active listening, and relationship management skills

• Ability to influence others while promoting a values-driven environment of commitment and equity

• Exhibits creativity and foresight in anticipating and resolving complex project challenges
