This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create and implement detailed marketing strategies and tactical initiatives that align with the organization's objectives.
• Generate qualitative and quantitative insights to analyze healthcare trends, evaluate solutions, and prioritize opportunities.
• Develop strategies, value propositions, marketing materials, and programs that demonstrate measurable ROI.
• Assess market trends and competition to establish distinct competitive positioning.
• Contribute to budget planning, resource distribution, and financial strategies across marketing and media platforms.
• Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders to comprehend the utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System and effectively communicate its value.
• Cultivate relationships with KOLs by market segment to enhance the adoption of da Vinci surgery.
• Forge connections with members and leaders of healthcare societies.
• Oversee trade show planning, digital/website development, strategy formulation, and performance assessment.
• Identify, develop, target, plan, execute, and follow up on Total Program Observation sites.
• Assist Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and Key Account sales leaders through growth summits aimed at sustainable service-line enhancement.
• Lead cross-functional teams in executing marketing initiatives and projects.
• Present findings and strategies to senior and executive leadership within Intuitive.
• Act as a healthcare market authority, utilizing value propositions, approved claims, customer feedback, and sales insights.
• Advocate for and exemplify Intuitive’s culture and standards for success.
• Over 12 years of experience in a medical device organization in Sales or Marketing, including prior management experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required; an MBA is preferred.
• A minimum commitment of 2 years to the role is necessary.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with Marketing and Sales leadership at the Director, VP, and Senior Executive levels.
• Required cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal oversight.
• Exceptional presentation skills at the executive level.
• Proven history of developing Key Opinion Leaders.
• Strong inclination to engage directly with key stakeholders in da Vinci Program hospitals to gather and present clinical and economic information.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate actionable guidance across various organizational tiers.
• Proficiency in influencing non-direct reports to achieve program objectives.
• Demonstrated adaptability to foresee and navigate challenges.
• Established ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19, may be necessary depending on the role or client.
• Candidates for certain positions may need to comply with U.S. export-control regulations, which could include obtaining an export license or adhering to a Technology Control Plan.

• Base salary range of $169,600–$271,000 depending on the salary region.
