This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the initial stages of our funnel, from the first impression to onboarding users.
• Oversee paid advertising channels, email marketing initiatives, and account-based marketing (ABM) activities.
• Evaluate the pipeline and the paid conversions generated by your programs.
• Create advertisements, execute Clay workflows, launch campaigns, and enhance their performance.
• Conduct experiments and request necessary resources, support, or budget.
• Manage Google Ads, focusing on search campaigns for all products.
• Oversee paid social media efforts across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and more.
• Organize acquisition email sequences aimed at prospective clients.
• Execute account-based campaigns and direct mail strategies targeting high-intent segments.
• Experiment with various creative, lists, and offers while tracking measurable responses.
• Record test-and-learn outcomes for the marketing team.
• 4–7 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or roles focused on acquisition.
• Proficient with AI tools, utilizing them daily to accelerate processes, automate repetitive tasks, create innovative variants, and resolve challenges independently.
• Direct experience in user acquisition for a product-led growth (PLG) or freemium model.
• Practical knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager; adept at building and managing campaigns personally rather than through an agency.
• Experience in executing email marketing programs, including crafting copy, sequencing, and ensuring deliverability.
• Familiar with account-based marketing (ABM) principles, including account selection, multi-threading, and facilitating account engagement.
• Knowledge of Clay, Apollo, or similar enrichment/sequencing tools is a notable advantage.
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS startup environment, with an understanding of operating in settings without a fully developed infrastructure.
• Comfortable being accountable for pipeline outcomes, rather than solely activity metrics.
• Strong writing skills to independently manage ad copy and email content without relying on a copywriter for every asset.
