This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the integrated marketing strategy for both providers and consumers at ResMed Canada.
• Act as the strategic marketing collaborator for the Canadian commercial leadership team.
• Generate campaign and creative briefs.
• Formulate marketing plans tailored to specific provinces.
• Implement omnichannel programs aimed at enhancing sleep apnea awareness.
• Direct marketing initiatives that support myAir, rePAP, and reSupply.
• Allocate marketing investments and resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Digital, and Communications teams.
• Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Enhance ResMed’s visibility at significant industry conferences.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• An MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in sales or marketing.
• Proven track record in developing and executing integrated B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
• In-depth understanding of the Canadian healthcare landscape.
• Demonstrated commercial insight and acumen.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with various reporting platforms, including Funnel.IO, Veeva Crossix, Asana, and Adobe.
