This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.
• Formulate and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
• Develop and enhance scalable multi-channel lead generation initiatives.
• Accelerate pipeline growth through various channels such as paid media, webinars, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and optimization of the sales funnel.
• Assist the sales team by planning strategic campaigns and nurturing leads.
• Design and manage marketing materials for webinars, events, and campaigns.
• Continuously enhance campaign performance and conversion rates throughout the customer journey.
• Supervise recruitment marketing campaigns aimed at attracting top talent across Latin America.
• Optimize candidate acquisition funnels and boost campaign performance.
• Enhance initiatives for employer branding.
• Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to meet hiring objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of five direct reports.
• Manage timelines, set priorities, and promote cross-functional collaboration.
• Cultivate a cooperative, high-performance team culture.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on essential marketing metrics and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Leverage data and insights to refine budget allocation and channel performance.
• Enhance marketing reporting systems and operational processes.
• Ensure a strong synergy between marketing activities and business growth targets.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, including managing marketing functions or teams.
• Extensive experience in demand generation and growth of the sales pipeline.
• Proficient in HubSpot (mandatory).
• Experience in managing digital marketing channels such as:
• - Google Ads
• - LinkedIn Ads
• - Meta Ads
• - Email marketing campaigns
• - Webinar campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in performance optimization.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• **Preferred Qualifications**
• - Marketing experience in the healthcare sector.
• - Experience in marketing to healthcare providers, clinics, or healthcare operations teams.
• - Recruitment marketing experience.
• - Experience with remote or distributed teams.

• Compensation: $4,500 USD/month (flexible for exceptional candidates).
