This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead the marketing strategy for Paved, pinpointing the most impactful opportunities to enhance growth for both advertisers and publishers.
• Generate a qualified pipeline through demand generation, paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, organic growth, and continuous experimentation.
• Create and implement marketing initiatives that strike a balance between long-term strategy and practical execution.
• Oversee the paid acquisition strategy, manage campaign performance, budgets, and optimize conversions.
• Define Paved's content strategy and messaging to ensure that campaigns and marketing materials facilitate customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Design lifecycle marketing programs that enhance onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation utilizing tools like Customer.io.
• Manage marketing analytics, attribution, and reporting, leveraging data to assess performance and guide investment decisions.
• Enhance Paved's visibility through search, AI-driven discovery, and other emerging customer acquisition channels.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to enhance lead quality, pipeline performance, and sales enablement.
• Spearhead integrated marketing campaigns while working with Redbrick's Shared Services marketing team to produce content, creative, design, and other marketing assets.
• Assist in the planning and execution of industry events and other marketing initiatives that bolster Paved's brand and generate pipeline.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to enhance the customer experience and accelerate growth.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or another rapidly growing technology company, with a solid background in demand generation or growth marketing.
• Familiarity with or a strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape, with knowledge of newsletter advertising or related AdTech markets considered a significant advantage.
• Proven history of achieving measurable business outcomes, such as customer acquisition, pipeline growth, revenue increases, or conversion enhancements.
• Experience in balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic startup environment.
• Practical experience in managing paid acquisition, attribution, analytics, and optimizing campaigns.
• Familiarity with lifecycle marketing platforms like Customer.io, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical capabilities, particularly with GA4, Looker Studio, or comparable reporting tools.
• An inquisitive mindset regarding AI and its impact on marketing, with a readiness to explore new tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience collaborating across Product, Sales, Design, and Engineering teams.
• A proactive and resourceful attitude. You are comfortable with ambiguity and driven to create solutions that yield significant business impact.
