• Formulate annual and quarterly marketing strategies that align with business development objectives.
• Discover innovative channels, formats, and tactics to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
• Stay informed on AI marketing tools and proactively introduce new capabilities to the team.
• Develop the marketing function to serve as a true competitive advantage for the organization.
• Oversee, safeguard, and enhance our brand's voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
• Create and uphold a detailed brand guide that ensures AI outputs remain consistent with brand standards.
• Serve as the brand steward — ensuring every piece of content meets your quality standards, rather than relying on templates.
• Actively seek opportunities to enhance brand positioning within the market.
• Conduct structured weekly sessions with the Managing Director, Chief Revenue Officer, and Directors to elicit strategic insights and content ideas.
• Transform unstructured ideas, discussions, and expertise into polished marketing briefs.
• Utilize Loom recordings, meeting notes, and verbal content from the Executive Leadership Team as foundational material.
• Establish a content capture system that facilitates effortless contributions from busy executives.
• Employ Claude, HubSpot Breeze, and other pertinent AI tools to draft, refine, and customize content at scale.
• Create a prompt library and content templates that yield consistently high-quality outputs.
• Repurpose essential content across LinkedIn, email, case studies, proposals, and thought leadership pieces.
• Review and edit all AI-generated content prior to publication — your name will be associated with everything.
• Plan and implement integrated campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and content marketing.
• Manage HubSpot CRM and marketing automation, including sequences, workflows, lead nurturing, and reporting.
• Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify target audiences and support business development outreach.
• Create proposals, capability statements, case studies, and client-facing materials using Canva (or a similar tool), and upload proposals to PandaDoc for signatures.
• Leverage AI to draft content for Sales Managers to review and transmit to clients to advance deals.
• Monitor performance, report results, and continuously optimize strategies based on data.
• Over 15 years of B2B marketing experience, with considerable time spent in a marketing agency or within the marketing sector of B2B professional services.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience with technical or professional services businesses is highly valued.
• Proven track record of independently managing multi-channel marketing initiatives, rather than solely as part of a large team.
• Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM.
• Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Practical experience using Claude (AI tool).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Exceptional written English skills, with clear, precise, and engaging communication abilities.
• Strong editorial judgment and high standards for quality.
• Keen eye for design and ability to create visually compelling content.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Systems-oriented individual who develops scalable processes and workflows.
• Comfortable working autonomously across time zones with minimal supervision.
