This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and implement the multi-channel acquisition strategy to consistently achieve monthly targets for MQL, SAL, SQL, and Closed Wons across various channels including paid digital, organic/SEO, events, partner channels, and BDR support.
• Create and optimize landing pages focused on conversion using HubSpot and WordPress for paid media campaigns, industry-specific initiatives, and follow-ups from events.
• Oversee and efficiently scale paid search campaigns; evaluate and expand into paid social and other digital channels when the cost-per-SAL warrants the investment.
• Collaborate with content and web development teams to drive the AEO/SEO strategy, enhancing organic search visibility and decreasing dependency on paid acquisition methods.
• Establish and maintain a systematic testing routine across landing pages, paid media creatives, email subject lines, CTAs, and messaging to continually enhance conversion rates.
• Provide weekly performance reports at the channel level and conduct monthly/quarterly funnel analyses with actionable insights for marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead the phased go-to-market launch of ZyraTalk’s flagship new capability, Outbound Voice, encompassing messaging development, asset creation, webinar execution, landing pages, and sales enablement resources.
• Craft business use case narratives that position ZyraTalk (inbound + outbound + EverPro ecosystem) as a unique operational revenue driver.
• Enhance and manage ZyraTalk’s marketing technology stack in collaboration with Marketing Operations, including HubSpot CRM/MAP setup, lead capture, email deliverability, funnel stage alignment, UTM attribution, and data integrity.
• Initiate and oversee ZyraTalk’s customer engagement programs to promote product loyalty and minimize churn.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation, preferably in a SaaS or product-led growth environment.
• Proven track record in driving self-service and/or sales-assisted pipelines, with accountability for revenue results rather than merely top-of-funnel metrics.
• Practical experience in building and optimizing paid search campaigns; knowledge of paid social, SEO/AEO, and conversion rate optimization is essential.
• Expertise in HubSpot (or equivalent marketing automation platform), including email deliverability, lifecycle automation, lead scoring, and attribution configuration.
• Strong analytical skills - capable of constructing funnel analyses from raw data, identifying conversion issues by channel, and translating insights into a prioritized action plan.
• Proven experience in developing go-to-market campaigns for new product features, including messaging, asset creation, channel activation, and performance evaluation.
• Background in managing and facilitating event marketing initiatives, trade shows, partner events, and webinars, with effective lead capture and follow-up processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions including Sales, BDRs, Product, and Marketing Operations as an individual contributor, influencing without direct authority and coordinating across shared resources.
• Excellent written communication skills - capable of crafting persuasive campaign briefs, concise positioning statements, and clear stakeholder updates.
