This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement ABM campaigns featuring customized messaging, content, and calls to action.
• Communicate our positioning within lifecycle programs with suitable messaging tailored for the audience's specific stage in the customer journey.
• Collaborate with Sales to uphold our segmented target account list and devise strategies for each segment type.
• Ensure that a tracking mechanism is in place for each program to monitor progress, assess success, and develop a playbook for future ABM and lifecycle initiatives.
• Develop and lead our go-to-market strategy for new platform capabilities, including audience targeting, narrative development, launch assets, and sales readiness.
• Coordinate product marketing initiatives and guide all cross-functional teams involved.
• Work alongside Marketing leadership, Science, and Sales to effectively communicate the positioning and narrative for each launch.
• Implement post-launch strategies to enhance adoption, ensuring ongoing communication with the existing customer base is optimized.
• Generate reports in HubSpot to evaluate launch success and identify areas for improvement in future launches.
• Utilize customer and sales feedback to continually refine sales materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, feature presentations, demo and site visit collateral, and any leave-behind materials required.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Science teams to create customer proofs, including case studies, customer stories, use cases, and user tips to generate interest in the product.
• Analyze customer feedback, market insights, sales input, and Science team findings to craft new marketing messages for testing and market placement.
• Design and implement product marketing experiments targeting message, CTA, format, and audience variables, and clearly define the purpose of each experiment.
• Set parameters to track, measure, and report on experiments, maintaining a consistent flow of market tests to establish a new baseline messaging strategy for the upcoming year.
• A college degree is required (B.S. or M.S. in science is a plus).
• 5–8 years of experience in marketing (product, content, and/or growth marketing). Previous experience marketing to a pharma/biotech audience within a Life Science B2B company is essential. SaaS experience is a plus.
• Outstanding writing skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with a technical audience and an understanding of the importance of credibility in scientific marketing.
• A demonstrated portfolio of case studies or customer stories.
• Experience in creating sales enablement materials for a thoughtful, multi-stakeholder enterprise sale.
• Comfort in working directly with scientists and technical subject matter experts.
• Preferred experience in account-based marketing; familiarity with HubSpot is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
