• Digital Marketing Strategy: Formulate and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content (such as blog posts, articles, and social media updates) that connects with our target audience.
• Channel Management: Manage and enhance performance across diverse digital channels, including search engines, all social media platforms, and email communications.
• Analytics: Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Website Optimization: Consistently enhance the company's website to improve user experience, boost conversions, and elevate search engine rankings.
• Lead Generation: Design and execute targeted lead generation campaigns to draw in qualified prospects, collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
• Prospecting: Perform comprehensive research to identify potential clients and compile targeted contact lists.
• Nurturing: Create and implement effective lead nurturing programs to foster relationships and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
• Email Marketing: Develop and dispatch personalized email campaigns to engage prospects and drive conversions.
• LinkedIn Outreach: Utilize LinkedIn to connect with potential clients and generate leads.
• Organizational Efficiency: Establish effective systems and processes to manage marketing activities and ensure smooth collaboration within the team.
• Data Management: Keep marketing databases and analytics tools accurate and up-to-date.
• Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on marketing performance, including key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations.
• Dashboard Creation: Create and maintain interactive dashboards for real-time insights into marketing activities.
• Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and lead generation.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related area.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Google Digital Marketing/Advertising Products, marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot), CRM software, and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
