Senior Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee Resmed Canada’s comprehensive marketing strategy for both providers and consumers

• Act as the strategic marketing collaborator with the Canadian commercial leadership team

• Develop all campaign and creative briefs

• Create marketing plans tailored to specific provinces

• Implement omnichannel initiatives aimed at increasing awareness of sleep apnea

• Manage marketing efforts for myAir, rePAP, and reSupply

• Optimize marketing investments to enhance revenue growth

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Digital, and Communications teams

• Evaluate campaign effectiveness through insights and market intelligence

• Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in sales or marketing

• Proven track record in developing and implementing integrated B2B and B2C marketing strategies

• In-depth understanding of the Canadian healthcare system and provincial reimbursement frameworks

• Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience in budget management

• Strong strategic thinking abilities, analytical skills, and cross-functional leadership experience

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills

• Familiarity with Funnel.IO, Veeva Crossix, Asana, and Adobe

• Located in Canada with the capability to travel domestically
