This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee logistics for webinars, trade shows, partner events, internal meetings, and field marketing activities.
• Assist with event timelines, registrations, attendee communication, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up.
• Help manage event materials, signage, invitations, digital assets, and SWAG coordination.
• Ensure that events are executed professionally and adhere to CyKor branding standards.
• Aid in executing marketing campaigns that align with CyKor's growth priorities and alliance initiatives.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communication, and campaign tracking.
• Assist with campaign reporting and the organization of marketing assets.
• Help maintain consistency in campaign messaging and deliverables.
• Support co-branded marketing initiatives with OEM and strategic alliance partners.
• Maintain partner marketing materials, templates, and internal resources.
• Manage partner marketing requests and ensure compliance with branding and requirements.
• Create and schedule social media content that supports campaigns, events, achievements, announcements, and partner initiatives.
• Assist in managing CyKor’s social media calendar and marketing communications schedule.
• Support updates to website content and marketing announcements.
• Coordinate logistics, communications, and promotional support for webinars and podcasts.
• Assist with internal communications regarding CyKor updates, announcements, initiatives, and events.
• Monitor engagement trends and contribute to marketing optimization efforts.
• Organize and maintain marketing collateral, templates, presentations, one-pagers, and internal assets.
• Support the creation and formatting of marketing materials using PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Ensure consistency across branding, formatting, and messaging.
• Assist with updates to reusable marketing and event templates.
• Coordinate the development and distribution of internal and external email newsletters.
• Collect content updates from cross-functional stakeholders.
• Design and format newsletters that align with CyKor brand standards.
• Track engagement metrics and support the continuous improvement of communications.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Trello, or similar content/design and project management tools.
• Familiar with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience in coordinating events, webinars, or marketing campaigns is preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce is preferred.
• Experience in supporting B2B technology, federal contracting, cybersecurity, SaaS organizations, or partner ecosystems is preferred.
