Industry Marketing Manager – EMEA West

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of messaging, positioning, campaigns, and content for your designated vertical from start to finish.

• Manage sourced and influenced pipeline targets, steering your go-to-market team comprising Sales, BDRs, and pre-sales.

• Create and develop campaign materials such as ebooks, webinars, one-pagers, and landing pages that meet the expectations of your market.

• Analyze market trends, field intelligence, and performance data to make real-time adjustments to messaging.

• Design and execute multi-touch, account-level campaigns in collaboration with the digital team and the AI go-to-market engineer.

• Leverage AI to create, test, and refine assets and campaigns at an increased volume.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-12+ years of experience in go-to-market, strategy, product marketing, management consulting, or product management, demonstrating a history of achieving outcomes rather than merely completing tasks.

• In-depth knowledge of a technical industrial or life sciences sector, or a proven capability to acquire expertise rapidly.

• Exceptional writing skills: able to produce a persuasive narrative, a concise campaign brief, or an effective landing page independently.

• Familiarity with AI practices: you have integrated significant components of your workflow with AI tools and can showcase this in an interview.

• Strong analytical skills: proficient in pipeline mathematics, capable of interpreting campaign performance reports, and skilled at distinguishing meaningful data from noise.

• Low ego and high accountability: you prioritize learning what works over simply being correct.
