Senior Scientific Associate – Healthcare Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acting as the medical liaison for designated accounts.

• Creating, composing, and translating intricate scientific information for a diverse audience across various therapeutic domains.

• Guaranteeing project quality and results by showcasing extensive technical knowledge of the assigned therapeutic area and/or managed care sectors.

• Formulating strategic content for a comprehensive range of medical materials (such as slide presentations, advisory boards, strategy guides, monographs, discussion guides, training resources, etc.).

• Collaborating closely with account teams to enhance content in alignment with strategic objectives.

• Conveying medical content to internal teams and pharmaceutical clients as needed.

• Participating in medical, legal, and regulatory review meetings.

• Engaging in internal team discussions, including project kick-offs, weekly status updates, client meetings, and brainstorming/review sessions.

• Contributing ideas for new business proposals and tactical planning within assigned accounts.

• Guiding junior writers through mentorship.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctorate-level qualification, such as PharmDs or PhDs.

• 2-4 years of experience in medical communications, healthcare agencies, medical education, or a related field.

• Capability to translate complex scientific ideas for a range of managed care audiences.

• Proficiency in prioritizing projects, managing competing client demands, and meeting deadlines while maintaining quality.

• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.
