This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Develop and implement an ongoing strategic marketing plan for Workforce Safety that enhances the company's objectives.
• Formulate positioning strategies, conduct competitive market analysis, and manage related solution positioning.
• Generate fresh leads for the sales team through digital campaigns, webinars, and supportive events.
• Foster a test-and-learn marketing culture to ensure that marketing expenditures are effectively acquiring new customers.
• Define and oversee measurable marketing initiatives that drive demand creation, lead generation, and revenue growth.
• Establish and monitor metrics and success criteria for all marketing initiatives and activities.
• Supervise marketing management, communications, website design, and content creation, including brochures and videos.
• Craft webinar presentations and case studies aimed at supporting demand generation efforts.
• Create and manage the marketing budget for Workforce Safety.
• Collaborate with the VP of Marketing & Verticals and other executive team members to identify, evaluate, and cultivate strategic cross-industry partnerships and growth opportunities.
• Research, identify, and develop targeted marketing strategies for new industries that can utilize real-time monitoring backed by a call center.
• 8-10 years of marketing experience, preferably within a B2B business setting.
• Proven experience in forecasting, managing budgets across multiple departments, financial reporting, and establishing effective metrics and business processes.
• Ability to plan and manage both strategic and operational levels; strong project management skills are essential.
• A solid history of developing and executing marketing and sales strategies that consistently meet or surpass planned objectives, demonstrating personal leadership by example.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with colleagues and teams to foster a results-driven, team-oriented atmosphere.
• Experience in creating product and solution presentations.
• Proficient in writing content, including case studies and brochures.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot).
• Strong capability to analyze and assess the effectiveness of marketing channels regularly using Google Analytics or similar platforms.
• A successful track record in leveraging digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, paid search, display, and email/database marketing to drive growth.
• Proven experience in executing content strategies involving video, webinars, articles, and blog posts.
• Basic knowledge of traditional media and public relations is a plus.
• Training and practical experience in SEO, social media, and paid search.
• Strong design sensibility and the ability to provide constructive feedback to the creative team; experience in conversion optimization is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in building, leading, and mentoring a team of professionals to generate qualified leads.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications is required.
