This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee the strategic development of the Rx portfolio, including messaging, claims formulation, targeting strategies, and tactics for HCPs and Pharmacists.
• Direct all annual brand planning initiatives for the Rx/Contracted business.
• Collaborate with Managed Care and FFS Sales to strengthen relationships and facilitate related volume growth.
• Take ownership of all retail and independent pharmacist patient support programs, ensuring that business rules, performance metrics, and reporting are optimized for retention and profitability.
• Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of all contracted non-personal strategies, covering vendors, tactics, messaging, and performance tracking.
• This position will empower the Sr. Brand Manager to rethink the current marketing strategy/plan in preparation for the upcoming fiscal year.
• Handle all contracting and associated activities for vendors linked to HCP/Professional plans.
• Represent the US in selected global and new business workstreams.
• Assist in launch planning and execution for new products, working cross-functionally to ensure readiness and alignment with market strategy.
• Manage and oversee all portfolio updates, including product launches, changes, and any EOL projects.
• Collaborate with marketing team members to establish forecasts, strategies, and execution tactics for all HCP sample meters across the portfolio.
• Provide marketing support to the Market Access, Retailer, and FSS sales teams, which includes creating or updating materials, messaging, training resources, and promotional tools.
• Work with the Digital/CRM team as the marketing lead for BGM CRM initiatives, covering campaign briefings, deployment oversight, consumer experience enhancement, and performance assessment.
• Lead a comprehensive overhaul of in-country processes (SOPs, training, KPI development, management, and agent tools) for the 3rd party customer service team.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or integrated marketing roles is required.
• Experience in healthcare, OTC, consumer health, or regulated industries is preferred.
• Proven track record in developing and executing full-funnel marketing campaigns, including 3rd party promotional vendors, SEO, and CRM.
• Strong comprehension of digital ecosystems, consumer/HCP interactions, and engagement optimization.
• Experience in contributing to brand strategy and aligning tactical plans with business objectives.
• Familiarity with programs aimed at influencing pharmacists at the point of adjudication.
• Practical experience with CRM marketing, encompassing campaign briefing, deployment oversight, and performance tracking.
• Knowledge of pharmacy practices (e.g., Medicare Part B) and HCP marketing channels.
