This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +6 more states.
• Develop and oversee the yearly marketing strategy in alignment with growth targets.
• Create quarterly go-to-market (GTM) strategies tailored by vertical.
• Identify target segments and prioritize opportunities for growth.
• Lead the GTM strategy across various verticals, including Aviation, Education, Commercial, Industrial, and Sports & Entertainment.
• Construct vertical playbooks encompassing messaging, positioning, and campaign strategies.
• Align marketing initiatives with service capabilities and business objectives.
• Plan and implement comprehensive multi-channel campaigns, including digital, email, content, and social media.
• Own the lead generation strategy to foster pipeline expansion.
• Manage the social media strategy and execution to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
• Maintain campaign calendars and monitor performance across all initiatives.
• Develop and implement account-based marketing (ABM) programs for key accounts.
• Spearhead client marketing activities that enhance retention, engagement, and growth within existing accounts.
• Define and execute event and trade show strategies aligned with vertical objectives.
• Oversee participation, planning, and follow-up campaigns to maximize impact.
• Ensure events contribute to pipeline generation and enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct market research to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Develop and sustain competitive intelligence, including battle cards.
• Monitor industry activities to inform strategy and positioning.
• Plan and manage thought leadership content that aligns with vertical strategies.
• Ensure content supports campaign objectives and bolsters market positioning.
• Track and refine marketing performance based on data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide regular updates on campaign effectiveness and growth impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, product marketing, or growth marketing.
• Experience in service-oriented or B2B sectors is preferred.
• Strong expertise in campaign execution, digital marketing, and event management.
• Capability to translate strategies into tangible results.
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote position (Eastern Standard Time Preferred).
• Salary range: $95,000 - $115,000 per year.
