This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop and Implement Strategies: You will be the mastermind behind campaigns that effectively target the right audiences at the right moments and in the right manner.

• Budget Management: Expertly manage budgets—monitor expenses, track return on investment, and ensure campaigns operate at optimal efficiency.

• Scale Campaigns for Optimal Success: Maximize the potential of campaigns while maintaining an ideal return on ad spend (ROAS).

• Collaborate with Our Team: Work closely with our marketing team to bring campaigns to fruition, from initial concept through to launch, ensuring seamless execution.

• Conduct Market Research: Explore market trends, analyze audience behaviors, and identify the ideal target audience using data-driven insights.

• Analyze Competitor Advertisements: Monitor competitor activities and adjust our strategies for enhanced effectiveness.

• Optimize for Conversions: Leverage your expertise to continually refine and improve campaigns, ensuring they yield the best results possible.

• Present Performance Insights: Provide clear and insightful reports that showcase successes and identify areas for enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven Experience: You have successfully managed Meta budgets of $100,000 per month and can showcase your capability to effectively scale campaigns.

• Experience: A minimum of 2+ years in media buying, ideally in an agency environment where rapid project handling is common.

• Analytical Skills: You possess a keen eye for data, a talent for numbers, and a natural ability to identify trends that others might overlook.

• Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in industry-standard software platforms and can utilize these tools to their fullest potential.

• Passion for Marketing: You stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies, always eager to remain ahead of the curve.
