This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Develop the Sophos APJ ABX framework from the ground up, including ICP refinement, dynamic account tiering, buying group mapping, signal-based prioritization, orchestration model, and reporting cadence.
• Establish and implement 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions that align with sales priorities, pipeline targets, and account-stage signals.
• Create strategies for buying group engagement: set minimum multi-threaded engagement thresholds for each tier and design outreach that engages the entire committee, not just the primary contact.
• Collaborate with sales, demand generation, content, analytics, operations, and channel marketing to operationalize the framework, including data standards, SLAs, handoffs, and feedback loops.
• Assist in developing the ABX measurement model: account progression scoring, engagement quality, pipeline influence, velocity, and revenue contribution. Shift the team from vanity metrics to revenue-stage reporting.
• Serve as the AI practitioner for the APJ marketing team, identifying, piloting, and scaling AI tools throughout the ABX workflow.
• Utilize AI and predictive analytics capabilities within the existing stack to identify methods for automating account prioritization, content personalization, and campaign optimization.
• Assess agentic AI capabilities and recommend adoption where they enhance pipeline efficiency without compromising precision.
• Propel regional execution while collaborating with global teams responsible for marketing infrastructure, content, data, and platforms.
• Over 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with demonstrated ABM/ABX leadership at a mid-to-senior level. You have previously built frameworks—not just executed campaigns.
• Proven ability to influence within a matrixed, global organization. Comfortable aligning regional field teams with senior global stakeholders; adept at progressing work without direct authority.
• Extensive knowledge of ABM/ABX platforms (6sense, Demandbase, or similar) and the broader GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Eloqua/Marketo, and BI tools.
• Strong analytical skills: fluent in pipeline metrics, comfortable working with data, and confident in defending metrics to sales and executive audiences.
• Operator mindset: capable of shipping, measuring, and iterating. You don’t wait for ideal conditions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief an executive, a salesperson, and a designer all within the same hour.
• Practical experience using AI tools within a marketing or GTM context, with actual workflow integration.
• Familiarity with predictive intent and account scoring features in platforms like 6sense, Demandbase, or similar.
• Knowledge of generative AI tools for content personalization, campaign briefing, data analysis, or reporting (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, or similar).
