This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Lead the marketing strategy and manage daily execution for both enterprise and SaaS offerings.
• Identify, orchestrate, test, and implement AI tools and methodologies to enhance marketing productivity, campaign execution, content development, and customer insight generation.
• Create clear product and solution positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored for target customer segments.
• Design and implement account-based marketing programs for enterprise accounts in close collaboration with the sales team.
• Oversee inbound and demand generation initiatives that build a qualified pipeline and facilitate efficient customer acquisition.
• Convert go-to-market priorities into campaigns, content, and programs that foster new business growth and expansion within existing accounts.
• Collaborate closely with sales and account management to enhance alignment across lead generation, conversion, retention, cross-selling, and upselling activities.
• Manage and develop a small marketing team, fostering capability building while maintaining high standards of execution.
• Introduce structure, focus, and prioritization to marketing efforts within a fast-paced, evolving organization.
• Leverage data, market insights, and customer feedback to refine messaging, campaigns, and channel performance.
• Assist the business in enhancing its marketing strategy as it transitions from a smaller operation to a more mature organization.
• Extensive senior marketing experience in B2B technology, preferably in cybersecurity, end-user computing, or a related complex solution environment.
• Solid experience in account-based marketing, enterprise marketing, and inbound marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to develop positioning and messaging that supports pipeline development and commercial growth.
• Experience in executing campaigns and leading teams; this role is not suited for someone who prefers to direct from a distance.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with sales teams and supporting integrated go-to-market execution.
• Demonstrated experience in managing, coaching, and developing team members in a scaling organization.
• Strong commercial understanding of the customer journey, encompassing acquisition, implementation, retention, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies, along with a willingness to explore their potential to enhance marketing effectiveness and workflows.
• Strong understanding of metrics, marketing performance, and practical decision-making based on evidence.
• Exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and the confidence to engage in challenging conversations constructively.
