Senior Marketing Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Oversee marketing performance across various channels (e.g., website traffic, new visitors, registrations, conversions, CPA), ensuring alignment with market objectives and KPIs derived from the overall financial KPIs;

• Formulate tactical action plans and monitor their execution, ensuring that brand positioning, media strategies, and campaign deliverables are achieved according to the local market plan;

• Develop and adapt compliant materials (TV, ATL, BTL, digital, on-site) in collaboration with internal teams and external creative agencies, ensuring optimal alignment with the characteristics of the local target audience;

• Track and report on the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and identifying optimization opportunities;

• Assume complete responsibility for the local marketing budget, including invoice processing and vendor management, to ensure maximum ROI;

• Work alongside local and central content teams to guarantee high quality and consistency across all inbound and outbound communications;

• Monitor, assess, and evaluate all marketing initiatives, including sponsorships, and report on KPIs across various channels and campaigns (TV/ATL, digital, on-site, affiliate marketing/network) to ensure targets are met or take corrective actions as necessary;

• Keep an eye on competitors and their activities across communications, product, and compliance areas; analyze market and media research to provide insights that assist the Country Manager and HQ in understanding consumer trends and competitive dynamics;

• Collaborate with agencies and third-party partners (serving as the local point of contact) for the implementation of the local campaigns/communications plan;

• Prepare reports and analyses for the Country Manager, keeping them updated on key marketing metrics and campaign performance;

• Ensure all marketing activities adhere to local regulations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field;

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing position (e.g., social media), preferably in the online sector;

• Native speaker of French and/or Dutch;

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken;

• Enthusiasm for sports and the online gaming industry;

• Business-oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial attitude;

• Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven perspective;

• Creativity and motivation to design and implement innovative projects that ultimately drive KPIs and help achieve set goals;

• Proactive approach and hands-on mentality, with a strong team-oriented outlook;

• Excellent communication skills to convey targets, actions, plans, and inspire others to achieve results;

• Willingness to travel internationally and mobility is considered an advantage.
