This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Lead the marketing function for Spurs Unit and ensure the effective operation of a team of 10–11 specialists in User Acquisition, Creative, and Growth.

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of the marketing function, assessing the effectiveness of acquisition channels, processes, and team, while identifying key opportunities for scaling.

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy for the unit aligned with product business goals, ensuring execution through clear priorities, processes, and KPIs.

• Act as a strategic partner to the Unit Lead, participating in key decisions regarding product and business development.

• Form and develop the team according to business needs: nurture existing specialists, attract new talents, and build an effective organizational structure.

• Scale paid user acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, ASA, and others), ensuring steady business growth with a focus on investment efficiency, ROAS, and CAC.

• Explore and test new growth opportunities: channels, audiences, markets, partnerships, and other unconventional scaling points.

• Enhance organic user acquisition sources through ASO, brand marketing, content initiatives, partnership integrations, and viral growth mechanics.

• Build a data-driven marketing decision-making system based on experiments and in-depth analysis of results.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing marketing teams and building effective processes in a product environment.

• Successful track record in hiring, developing, and scaling teams.

• Experience in scaling mobile apps, subscription services, or B2C digital products.

• Deep understanding of performance marketing with practical experience in Meta and TikTok. Experience with Google, ASA/ASO, Snapchat, AppLovin, or other acquisition channels is a plus.

• Proficient in product and marketing metrics: CAC, LTV, ARPU, Payback Period, ROMI, cohort analysis.

• Ability to build and implement channel acquisition strategies aligned with product business goals.

• Strategic thinker who can identify long-term growth opportunities and translate them into concrete action plans.

• High level of ownership, ready to take responsibility for team and business outcomes.

• Passionate about launching new initiatives, testing hypotheses, and seeking unconventional growth points even when primary channels are well-scaled.

• Comfortable in an environment of uncertainty, rapid changes, and continuous experimentation.

• Strong critical thinking skills, making data-driven decisions and questioning established approaches.

• Entrepreneurial mindset: views the product as their own business and sees marketing as a key driver for its growth.

• Open to feedback, committed to continuous self-development, and eager to help their team grow.
