This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Develop and implement the comprehensive marketing strategy to drive company growth, market expansion, and revenue goals.
• Spearhead the transformation of the SplitMetrics brand in the US and Europe, focusing on positioning, messaging, market narrative, and brand recognition.
• Take ownership of demand generation and pipeline expansion within Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
• Manage the go-to-market strategy and execution for current products, new product launches, and initiatives across the portfolio.
• Establish and enhance product marketing capabilities, ensuring effective communication of product value, differentiation, and customer results.
• Oversee the website experience, conversion funnels, SEO/AEO strategies, and initiatives aimed at optimizing conversion rates.
• Lead the content strategy, creation, and distribution throughout the customer journey to foster awareness, demand generation, and product uptake.
• Propel PR, thought leadership, industry visibility, events, and strategic partnerships, including engagement with key ecosystem partners.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align growth initiatives and maximize business impact.
• Guide, develop, and scale a high-performing marketing team.
• Over 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 5 years leading marketing teams in rapidly growing technology firms.
• Robust background in demand generation, branding, content development, and go-to-market strategy.
• Proven experience utilizing AI to enhance marketing effectiveness across demand generation, content, growth, and go-to-market efforts.
• Experience in marketing multi-product platforms or product ecosystems is highly advantageous.
• A strong track record of establishing marketing programs that successfully drive pipeline and revenue growth.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with metrics, attribution, and the use of data to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English (C1+).
