This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Create and implement multi-channel CRM campaigns utilizing email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS throughout the entire customer journey.
• Develop, oversee, and enhance automated customer journeys using our CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Segment target audiences based on behavior, demographics, and product usage to provide tailored and relevant communications.
• Perform A/B testing and continuously refine campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, conversion, and customer retention.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Regional teams to ensure messaging aligns with product launches and significant milestones.
• Track campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and suggestions to stakeholders.
• 2–3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation.
• Practical experience with platforms like Braze, CleverTap, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to modify tone and messaging for various audiences and markets.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in interpreting data and deriving actionable conclusions.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and best practices related to data privacy.
