This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Create and execute regional marketing strategies for both direct and distributor markets, defining clear commercial objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Adapt corporate marketing priorities into locally relevant strategies that tackle market challenges, regulatory requirements, and reimbursement issues.
• Discover new market opportunities and launch growth initiatives to enhance the adoption of MRgFUS therapy throughout EMEA.
• Build, guide, and mentor a high-performing regional marketing team dedicated to excellence in execution, innovation, and teamwork.
• Set clear priorities and performance indicators to ensure alignment with both regional and global objectives.
• Enhance team skills in product marketing, brand management, digital engagement, and clinical marketing.
• Design and implement programs to foster the MRgFUS market in Europe, including clinical education, awareness campaigns, and collaborations with healthcare institutions.
• Partner with Clinical, Commercial, and Medical Affairs teams to identify and support leading centers of excellence and reference sites.
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote broader clinical and patient access to MRgFUS technologies.
• Collaborate with reimbursement and regulatory stakeholders to facilitate adoption and expand coverage.
• Drive product launches, updates, and downstream marketing activities, including messaging, positioning, public relations, digital marketing efforts, and sales enablement resources.
• Ensure the consistent application of corporate brand guidelines and marketing initiatives across all platforms.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform strategic decisions.
• Utilize insights to enhance marketing programs and impact global product strategies.
• Work in conjunction with the wider commercial organization, including Capital Equipment (CapEx), Customer Account Management (CAM), Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Supply Chain teams.
• Promote effective communication across functions to ensure strategic alignment and coordinated market execution.
• Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders, clinical collaborators, and advocacy groups to enhance credibility and influence clinical practices.
• Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring cost-efficient and impactful initiatives with measurable return on investment (ROI).
• Oversee ERP approvals and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• 10–15 years of experience in commercial roles within the medical device sector, including marketing and/or sales; background in neurology or neurosurgery is preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in managing regional marketing teams across varied markets.
• Demonstrated success in crafting and executing market development strategies for complex medical technologies.
• Strong understanding of European healthcare systems, reimbursement frameworks, and market access dynamics.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across different functions and cultures.
• Experience in developing marketing content, managing multiple projects, and fostering relationships with key customers and experts.
• Proficiency in English and at least one additional European language.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive “make things happen” attitude.
• Capability to work independently while meeting demanding personal and company objectives.
• Willingness to travel (50–70%).
