• Key Responsibilities
• The Marketing Director will be tasked with establishing direction, managing personnel, and ensuring uniform execution across all marketing channels.
• You will supervise the firm's website, digital campaigns, content systems, and brand visibility, while guiding the team in transforming intricate immigration law concepts into clear, client-focused messaging.
• Duties include overseeing and mentoring a marketing team; setting priorities; reviewing work for quality, compliance, and effectiveness; and ensuring deadlines and KPIs are achieved.
• You will spearhead the firm's website strategy, encompassing structure, user experience, landing pages, and conversion optimization, ensuring all content aligns with legal precision and business objectives.
• You will manage content creation across video, social media, email, and web platforms, guaranteeing that messaging reflects the firm's expertise, professionalism, and brand identity.
• You will handle and enhance paid marketing initiatives, including Google Ads and landing pages, concentrating on lead quality, return on investment, and ethical compliance.
• You will lead the SEO and GEO strategy and execution, which includes keyword prioritization, content planning, and performance monitoring, with a focus on sustainable organic growth.
• You will evaluate marketing data across channels, track KPIs, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and present actionable insights to firm leadership.
• You will implement systems, workflows, and tools (such as Monday.com and AI-assisted workflows) to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• You will collaborate closely with firm leadership to align marketing strategy with business goals, intake capacity, and growth plans.
• Required Qualifications & Skills
• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in law firms, professional services, or agency settings.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a marketing team or function within a U.S.-based company, including delegation, performance oversight, and mentoring.
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing, encompassing SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), content strategy, social media, email campaigns, and analytics.
• Proficiency in Webflow is essential, including website management, page updates, CMS content, and basic conversion optimization.
• Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and execute comprehensive campaigns, from planning through performance analysis.
• Experience in managing budgets, timelines, priorities, and team performance in a results-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to review, train, and mentor staff.
• A data-driven and analytical mindset, with experience in utilizing marketing metrics and KPIs to inform decisions.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working autonomously in a remote, high-accountability setting.
• Previous experience in law firm marketing or regulated professional services is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred; advanced certifications are an added benefit.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and/or Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
