This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Conceptualize and present design ideas aligned with creative briefs and performance targets.
• Produce both static and motion graphics for Meta advertisements (Facebook/Instagram) tailored for optimal results.
• Create landing pages and on-site materials designed for high conversion rates, focusing on elements like above-the-fold content, hierarchy, and calls to action (CTAs).
• Design packaging and print materials for consumer packaged goods (CPG), including boxes, pouches, labels, displays, and sell sheets.
• Partner with marketing and growth teams to strategize and implement A/B testing on creative elements (ad concepts, hooks, layouts, offers).
• Analyze performance data and utilize it to refine designs, enhancing click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall funnel effectiveness.
• Suggest innovative creative tests informed by insights, trends, and competitive analysis.
• Operate independently, taking charge of your projects, timelines, and priorities.
• Contribute to and help enhance the visual identity across both digital and print mediums.
• Articulate and justify your design choices to stakeholders, linking them to performance metrics and brand identity.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams.
• Over 5 years of professional design experience, particularly in CPG and e-commerce sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in crafting Meta advertisements (Facebook/Instagram) that have been successfully launched and tested on a large scale.
• Practical experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO): Designing landing pages aimed at maximizing conversions.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and proficiency in working with performance analytics.
• Strong portfolio showcasing CPG projects: Packaging design including 3D mockups, dielines, and print-ready files.
• Experience with print collateral such as point of sale (POS) materials, inserts, and postcards.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.
• Comprehensive understanding of e-commerce processes (product detail pages, landing pages, email graphics, and continuity from ads to landing pages).
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independently without the need for detailed guidance.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on testing and learning with a CRO emphasis.
• Excellent communication skills: Capable of articulating the rationale behind design choices in straightforward language, supported by logic and data.
