This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Take ownership of the roadmap and long-term vision for our digital application experiences.
β’ Examine user behavior, funnel metrics, and customer feedback to continuously optimize and enhance the existing digital application process, boosting conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
β’ Standardize and unify the digital experience across various loan products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive set of interactions for our customers.
β’ Design, test, and implement intelligent cross-sell capabilities within the digital application flow to maximize customer lifetime value while maintaining a frictionless core application.
β’ Collaborate closely with our phone sales and operations teams to create a smooth, omnichannel experience where customers can effortlessly switch between self-service digital tools and human assistance without losing context or progress.
β’ Adapt and structure our digital experiences to efficiently interface with both internal and external AI agents, supporting or serving as a proxy for our human sales and support teams to ensure our platform is equipped for next-generation automated interactions.
β’ Work together with engineering, design, data science, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products within deadlines.
β’ At least 6 years of demonstrated product management experience, with a successful track record of shipping and scaling consumer-facing digital products.
β’ A background in fintech, consumer lending, or financial services is highly desirable, along with a solid understanding of best-in-class financial consumer experiences.
β’ Proven experience in developing consumer-facing tools that integrate with complex internal and external systems.
β’ Familiarity with integrating AI technologies is preferred.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a structured and methodical thought process, resulting in effective documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Capability to drive success through clear business outcome definitions, rapid product iteration, and effective prioritization.
β’ Exceptional skill in utilizing data to inform product decisions, identify friction points in a conversion funnel, and evaluate the success of new features.
β’ Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority, aligning diverse groups around a common product vision.
β’ A degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
