This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Oversee, enhance, and expand Meta advertising campaigns (budgets, bids, audiences, placements).
• Drive the strategy, setup, and execution of TikTok Shop, testing and scaling content, creator partnerships, and advertising campaigns to boost sales and brand visibility on the platform.
• Take ownership of ROAS, CPA, and spending efficiency across the account.
• Quickly test various campaign structures, offers, and target audiences.
• Explore new channels (such as TikTok Shop and Google) as performance metrics allow.
• Implement a structured creative testing program—brief, launch, analyze, and refine new angles, hooks, and formats.
• Collaborate with the founders on creative direction, offers, and promotional activities.
• Develop a consistent pipeline of successful advertisements.
• Create and A/B test dedicated landing pages to enhance traffic beyond just product pages.
• Optimize the Shopify store for conversions—product detail pages (PDPs), bundles, offers, reviews, and checkout processes.
• Enhance average order value (AOV) and conversion rates alongside advertising performance.
• Manage tracking and attribution (Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4) to ensure every dollar spent is measurable.
• Provide weekly reports on ROAS, CPA, AOV, and testing outcomes with actionable recommendations.
• Convert data insights into actions every week.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing Meta and TikTok Shop advertisements for e-commerce/DTC brands with actual budget responsibility.
• Demonstrated history of achieving profitable ROAS and successfully scaling ad expenditures.
• Practical experience with Shopify and landing page builders (Replo, Shogun, GemPages, or similar).
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing principles.
• Experience with consumables, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or lifestyle brands is preferred.
• Familiarity with attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam), Klaviyo, and AI-driven creative tools is a plus.
• Proficient in Meta & TikTok Ads Manager, with a successful track record of profitably scaling DTC ad accounts.
• You are a self-starter who tests, measures, and iterates independently.
• You grasp the entire funnel: to you, ads, landing pages, and checkout processes are an integrated system.
• You are analytical, organized, and self-motivated.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• You excel in early-stage, founder-led settings and are adept at maximizing impact with limited resources.
