This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
β’ Take ownership of the roadmap and long-term vision for our digital application experiences.
β’ Evaluate user behavior, funnel metrics, and customer feedback to continuously optimize and enhance the current digital application process, resulting in increased conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
β’ Standardize and unify the digital experience across various loan products, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive interaction set for our customers.
β’ Design, test, and implement intelligent cross-sell capabilities within the digital application flow to maximize customer lifetime value while minimizing friction in the core application.
β’ Collaborate closely with our phone sales and operations teams to create a seamless, omnichannel experience that allows customers to transition effortlessly between self-service digital tools and human assistance without losing context or progress.
β’ Adapt and structure our digital experiences to work efficiently with both internal and external AI agents, supporting or serving as a proxy for our human sales and support teams, preparing our platform for next-generation automated interactions.
β’ Work in partnership with engineering, design, data science, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
β’ At least 6 years of demonstrated product management experience, successfully launching and scaling consumer-facing digital products.
β’ A background in fintech, consumer lending, or financial services is highly desirable, with a strong grasp of best-in-class financial consumer experiences.
β’ Proven experience in building consumer-facing tools that integrate with complex internal and external systems.
β’ Experience with AI technologies is preferred.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a structured and rigorous thought process, leading to effective documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Ability to achieve success by defining clear business outcomes, executing quick product iterations, and efficiently prioritizing tasks.
β’ Exceptional capacity to use data to inform product decisions, identify friction points in a conversion funnel, and assess the success of new features.
β’ Strong executive presence with the capability to influence without direct authority, aligning diverse stakeholders around a common product vision.
β’ A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
