Senior eCommerce Marketing Performance Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee performance analytics and reporting for our Amazon marketplace operations.

• Create, maintain, and enhance dashboard reporting and business intelligence tools utilizing Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.

• Streamline recurring reporting processes to enhance data accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.

• Design and maintain data models, calculated fields, KPI definitions, and reporting methodologies.

• Evaluate Amazon marketplace performance, focusing on advertising effectiveness, conversion trends, keyword and ASIN performance, pricing, and inventory impacts.

• Track essential marketplace KPIs such as ROAS, CVR, CTR, CPC, sales, traffic, and category performance.

• Detect performance challenges, trends, and optimization opportunities across campaigns and product lines.

• Generate forecasts, variance analyses, and performance summaries to aid budget and strategic decisions.

• Produce customer-facing reports, scorecards, and QBR materials that translate data into actionable business insights.

• Collaborate with marketing, account management, content, and analytics teams to ensure alignment in reporting and insights.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• At least 7 years of professional experience in eCommerce analytics, digital marketing analytics, performance marketing, or related disciplines.

• Over 5 years of direct experience with Amazon Marketplace, including Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising.

• Proven experience in creating production-ready dashboards and reporting in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.

• Skilled in analyzing and interpreting Amazon advertising metrics and marketplace KPIs.

• Experience in connecting and modeling data from various sources, including marketplace, advertising, and retail performance data.

• Proficient in presenting performance insights in business reviews, QBRs, or customer-facing reporting scenarios.
