This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Create digital materials such as pitch decks (Google Slides & PPTX), one-page summaries (PDF), and possibly explainer videos, ebooks, social media graphics, visual aids for blogs and articles, logos, presentations, and more for external purposes.
• Manage all design projects from initial concept through to delivery.
• Comprehend briefs from commercial strategy and marketing teams (internal stakeholders) and deliver design solutions accordingly.
• Develop design alternatives for evaluation by internal stakeholders.
• Articulate design ideas and concepts effectively to persuade internal stakeholders.
• Produce engaging and impactful visual assets while meeting established deadlines.
• Review and authorize designs created by contractors (if necessary), ensuring that the outputs effectively meet marketing objectives and challenges.
• Finalize designs and modify them as needed across various promotional channels.
• Collaborate with the global design/brand team to implement international design initiatives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing projects.
• Work with marketing stakeholders to update legacy creatives when required.
• Provide finalized design assets to internal teams for HTML, animation, and website integration.
• Continuously seek to innovate and offer creative solutions that enhance reader engagement.
• Minimum of 7 years in commercial design, preferably within a marketing or creative agency.
• Strong grasp of color theory, layout, typography, illustrations, and related design elements.
• Good knowledge of current digital marketing trends and user-centered design practices.
• Exceptional relationship management abilities and strong communication skills.
• Capacity to prioritize competing demands and manage trade-offs efficiently.
• Experience in creating sales materials in the B2B Technology sector is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Google Slides, and PowerPoint.
