This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Create digital assets such as pitch decks (Google Slides & PPTX), one-page summaries (PDF), and potentially explainer videos, ebooks, social media graphics, visual support for blogs and articles, logos, presentations, and more for external distribution.
• Manage all design projects from initial concept to final delivery.
• Comprehend briefs from the commercial strategy and marketing teams (internal stakeholders) and provide effective design solutions.
• Develop design options for review by internal stakeholders.
• Articulate design concepts and ideas persuasively to internal stakeholders.
• Produce engaging and impactful visual assets, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines.
• Review and approve designs created by contractors (if necessary), ensuring that deliverables align with marketing objectives and challenges.
• Finalize designs and adapt them as needed across various promotional channels.
• Collaborate with the global design/brand team for the execution of international design projects.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with marketing stakeholders to adapt legacy creatives when necessary.
• Deliver finalized design assets to other internal teams for HTML, animation, and website integration.
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement by consistently seeking to push creative boundaries and provide innovative solutions that enhance reader engagement.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial design, ideally within a marketing or creative agency.
• Strong understanding of color theory, layout, typography, illustrations, and other design elements.
• Familiarity with the latest digital marketing trends and user-centered design methodologies.
• Exceptional relationship management skills and effective communication abilities.
• Capability to prioritize competing opportunities and manage trade-offs effectively.
• Experience in creating sales collateral within the B2B Technology sector is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, along with Google Slides and PowerPoint.
